This is where you can find the most detailed and accurate analysis of a performance. The data is organized by event, exercise, and rep. The analysis includes movement-specific feedback and insights, which is provided in video and audio format. The data is available for both the coach and the athlete.
Performance review:
The second category includes a review of the performance. This includes a detailed description of the movement and the key elements that were performed well and not so well. The data is organized by event and the coach can select and share the video with the athlete.
Feedback and instruction:
The third category includes the most helpful and useful feedback. The fourth category includes the best instruction, which is also organized by event.
